Everything you need to be online, and stay there.
Showcase site
Up to five pages and a contact form. Legal pages and search basics are included, and you change your texts and photos yourself.
Connected site
The showcase site, plugged into your tools: bookings in your calendar, invoices, CRM and a morning digest. It does the admin for you.
Apps and tools
Book, order, track a job, bring your data together: a tool for your clients or your team, that opens in the browser.
ExampleLazySyndic runs a co-owned building on autopilot for a volunteer syndic.

Showcase site, connected site, app: what's the difference?
The showcase site presents your business and receives your enquiries. The connected site does the same, and also works for you: bookings land in your calendar, invoices go out on their own. An app is for doing something every day, for your clients or your team: booking, ordering, tracking.
What do I need to provide?
Your texts and photos (or the notes we take together on the call), your logo if you have one, and access to the tools the site must talk to, such as your calendar or your invoicing tool. I handle everything else.
I already have a website. Can you start from it?
Yes. I keep what works (content, domain name, ranking) and rebuild what holds you back. Your address does not change, and the old site stays online until the new one is ready.
What happens after the delivery?
Five hours of maintenance are included, to use within three months, and any defect is fixed free for six months. After that, you run the site yourself or take maintenance. New features always get a small quote first.
What does maintenance cover?
Keeping what exists working: technical issues, interface issues, updates, and anything that breaks on its own. Response within one working day. It does not cover change requests or new features, which are quoted separately, nor repairing damage caused by changes you make to the code or technical settings, billed at the hourly rate (€85/h).
Anyone can ask AI for a website these days. Why trust yours?
Fair question. AI makes me fast, but fast is worthless if your site goes down on a Saturday or leaks your client list. I spent the last six years shipping digital solutions for major actors across Belgium, where downtime and data leaks are not an option. Every build comes with that discipline: monitored and updated for you if you take maintenance, protected against the common attacks, a secured and backed-up database, and a documented, tested handover.
